Through our IPS Quick Support Centre, our technicians can quickly and easily control your PC from any location, allowing prompt resolution of any issues which you may be experiencing. There is nothing to install, so no administrative rights are required. All you need to do is enter a 6-digit pin code in the box below, which will be supplied by your Support Representative and then click ‘Connect to technician’. Once you run the application, our Support Representative will then be able to view and control your PC allowing us to promptly resolve any issues which you may be experiencing.
